Polling Centre Executive Committee (PCEC)

The Polling Centre Executive Committee (PCEC) is composed of Party members who are registered voters at the polling centre. It focuses on mobilization, voter registration, and get-out-the-vote strategies, with recommendations forwarded to higher Party levels. The PCEC consists of 16 officials, including the Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer, and representatives of various community groups. The committee promotes Party policies, mobilizes members, raises resources, ensures discipline, and monitors government performance. Meetings occur bi-monthly, and gender balance is required. Decisions are made by consensus or vote, and vacancies are filled through nominations. Reports are submitted annually for review.
