Branch Executive Committees (BEC)
The Branch Executive Committees (BEC) are integral to the Party's operations, with branches being formed in each of the 47 counties after Party elections. The RAP Diaspora League, a special branch chapter, is also established with sub-branches in various parts of the world, overseen by the NEC. The Branch Executive Committee consists of 24 officials, including the County Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer, Organizing Secretary, and others, who are elected for a five-year term. The BEC’s duties include promoting the Party’s policies, recruiting new members, managing resources, ensuring discipline, and representing the interests of members at national conventions. Regular meetings are held, and members are expected to submit reports annually, with vacancies filled as necessary. The BEC must also ensure gender balance and adhere to Party rules.
